If you have a change of address, please notify the church as soon as possible. We are charged for each "Reflector" that is returned by the Post Office. 150 Anniversary Info

Photos and Memorabilia of St. Paul's 150 Years

The 150th Anniversary Committee asks members and former members to take this time of restricted travel to look through your hidden treasures for pictures and other memorabilia of St. Paul from throughout our 150 years. We ask that you consider loaning items to display for our upcoming events at the church. Please mark your photos/items. Receiving and displaying of items will begin when worship services are reinstated. Contact Bev Mendoza 419-547-9151

September 11, 2021; 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Vendor requirement information:
  1. Exhibitors may begin to set up on Friday evening from 6pm to 8pm. If needed, we will have helpers to carry your goods in.
  2. Exhibits must be in place and ready by 9 AM Saturday September 11.
  3. Exhibitors will handle their own sales and their own change. You must have someone in charge of your exhibit at all times.
  4. 8 ft tables will be provided, if you do not need a table, an 8 ft space will be provided instead of a table. If you would like electricity, please indicate it on the registration form. Note: Electrical access will be on a first come first serve basis since we have limited Electrical access spaces available.
  5. NO flea market, secondhand or vendor items allowed ie: Tupperware, Scentsy. Items must be hand crafted!
  6. St. Paul’s Lutheran Church is not responsible for lost or damaged articles or personal injuries.
  7. Refunds will be made only after your space is re-rented. No refund will be issued if the cancellation is less than one week before the show.
  8. No smoking or alcoholic beverages are allowed in the building or on church property.
  9. After unloading your car you may move it across the street into the parking lot.
  10. We ask crafters to bring a $15-$20 item that will be raffled off after the craft show is complete. We will provide tickets that you will hand out to shoppers after they make a purchase of an item.
  11. Send table/space registration and check BEFORE August 1, 2021 to Sue Mayes. You will receive a confirmation by email or post card.
